“ At the lab, we used to test for CrAg using a LFA from another provider and not even taking into account the reason of its request, there was no workflow. When I started to read about IMMY's clinical solutions and high quality assays, I realized they produced a CrAg assay based on LFA, which not only has a friendly format for detecting Cryptococcus spp. antigen is serum and CSF, but also allows to estimate the burden of the infection by a semi-quantitative method. After a huge effort I managed to change the provider of CrAg LFA, moving to IMMY's CrAg LFA. It was definitely a game changer for the lab.
