Immuno-Mycologics provides custom services to researchers, medical facilities and industry. These services include specimen testing, antigen and antibody production, and purification services.
In addition to our standard line of serological products and clinical laboratory testing, we can offer the following:
Bulk Antiserum Production - Custom Antibody Production: (Horse, Goat, Sheep, Rabbit, Mouse)
Provide us with your antigen and we will produce polyclonal antibody and supply you with the antibody, either on a one-time or an ongoing basis.
In the case of protein antigens, we can immunize directly. In the case of other types of antigens, it may be necessary for us to couple the antigen onto a carrier protein prior to immunization.
Affinity Purified Antibodies - Antibody Affinity Purification:
Provide us with your antibody and your antigen, and we will immobilize the antigen and affinity purify your antibody. If you do not have an antibody, provide us with your antigen and we will immunize animals and purify the antibody.
In the case of protein antigens, we can immunize directly. In the case of other types of antigens, it may be necessary for us to couple the antigen onto a carrier protein prior to immunization and purification.
Fractionated Antibodies - Antibody Fractionation:
Provide us with your antibody and we will fractionate, either ammonium sulfate or the method of your choice. If you do not have an antibody, provide us with your antigen and we will immunize animals and purify the antibody.
We will provide you with the globulin fraction, either on a one-time or on an ongoing basis.
Affinity Purified Antigens - Antigen Affinity Purification:
Provide us with your antibody and your antigen, and we will immobilize the antibody and affinity purify your antigen. If you do not have an antibody or antigen, we can produce the antigen, immunize animals, and affinity purify the antigen.
In the case of protein antigens, we can immunize directly. In the case of other types of antigens (e.g. polysaccharides, etc.), it may be necessary for us to couple the antigen onto a carrier protein prior to immunization and purification.
Custom Freeze-drying - Product Freeze Drying:
If you have a product or research substance that needs long-term stability, IMMY can freeze-dry your material. We provide this service to researchers and industry. If necessary, you may supply bulk material and IMMY will package prior to freeze-drying.
Consulting For Industry - Consulting:
IMMY can provide consulting to researchers and industry in fields such as mycology, immunology and immunochemistry.
